Ladies Fitness Boot Camp is a boutique fitness studio located at 220B W 6th Street, downtown Prattville. We have 3 day (MWF) and 2 day (T/Th) classes, or you may choose to come all 5 days. All classes start at 5:15 a.m. (out by 6!)
** Also YOGA on Tuesday evenings at 6 pm.
The classes run in 5 week sessions with a 1 week break between sessions. We have all ages of ladies in all shapes and sizes. All the workouts are scaleable for any fitness levels!
The M-W-F classes are Cardio based classes using body weight and light hand weights. (30-35 mins.)
The T/Th classes are Strength+Cardio. We use body weight, and heavier hand weights. Shorter/more intense (15-20 mins) .
Most ladies come 5 days a week, while others choose the 2 or 3 day option.
